Bianco Latte is the kind of fragrance that makes its presence known before anyone asks what you’re wearing.
From the first spray, it feels captivating, creamy and unmistakably gourmand. There is sweetness, but not the sugary or aggressively synthetic sweetness that can make some gourmands difficult to wear. Instead, Bianco Latte smells smooth, lactonic and remarkably polished.

What impressed us most wasn’t simply how good it smelled. It was the quality of the sweetness. There are countless vanilla-heavy gourmands and plenty of more affordable alternatives, but Bianco Latte has a purity and refinement that makes it feel considerably more luxurious than its simple gourmand profile might suggest.

And then there’s the performance. This isn’t a quiet skin scent. It leaves a trail, fills the space around you and has the kind of presence that can make someone in the room ask, “Who smells so good?”

For us, Bianco Latte isn’t just another sweet fragrance. It’s a masterclass in how a gourmand should be done.

The First Spray

Bianco Latte doesn’t need half an hour to convince you that it is a gourmand. From the opening moments, it is rich, creamy and immediately attention-grabbing.

What surprised us was how little of the harsh synthetic edge we sometimes associate with very sweet fragrances appeared. The sweetness feels smooth and almost milky — sweet, but not sugary.

There is something distinctly luxurious about it. Rather than smelling like a literal dessert, the caramel, vanilla and honey create a warm sweetness that feels polished and expensive. The lactonic quality softens everything around it and gives Bianco Latte that creamy character that makes it so immediately pleasing.

It isn’t subtle, and it isn’t trying to be. But despite its strength, we never found the opening cheap or unpleasantly pungent.

Bianco Latte smells like a gourmand dressed for an occasion.

When Bianco Latte Settles

What is impressive about Bianco Latte is how well it holds onto its character after the opening.

As it settles, the creamy sweetness remains at the centre of the fragrance. It becomes warmer and smoother, but it doesn’t transform into something completely different. Instead, the fragrance seems to become more comfortable in its own skin.

This is also where its quality becomes particularly noticeable. There are many gourmands exploring similar sweet, vanilla-heavy territory, but Bianco Latte never feels like it is relying on a loud synthetic sweetness simply to create impact.

It feels rich, smooth and remarkably composed.

For someone who has never properly explored gourmand fragrances, we actually think Bianco Latte is an excellent place to start. It gives you a reference point for what this style can be when it is done exceptionally well. From there, you can decide whether you want your gourmands sweeter, darker, spicier, more lactonic or more restrained.

If you want to understand the appeal of gourmand perfumery, smell Bianco Latte first.

Performance & Longevity

Bianco Latte performs exactly as its personality suggests: big, noticeable and long-lasting.

During the first several hours, it projects confidently and leaves a clear scent trail behind you. This is the kind of fragrance that can be noticed across a room — not necessarily because someone recognises what you’re wearing, but because something simply smells gorgeous.

In autumn and winter, we comfortably get 10+ hours on skin, while on clothing it can linger considerably longer.

The stronger projection begins to calm after around 4–6 hours, but this is arguably when Bianco Latte enters one of its most attractive stages. Rather than disappearing, it settles into a warm scent bubble that remains noticeable to anyone who comes close.

That transition works beautifully for evenings: attention-grabbing when you arrive, then softer and more intimate as the night goes on.

It starts by announcing your presence. It finishes by rewarding anyone who gets close enough.

When Would We Wear Bianco Latte?

Bianco Latte isn’t a daily driver for us — and we don’t think it needs to be.

This is a fragrance for night outs, dates, dinners with friends and occasions where you actually want your fragrance to become part of the evening.

Imagine Christmas Eve, a winter holiday or a cold evening spent in a warm restaurant booth. You’re dressed properly, the atmosphere is cosy and you’ve deliberately chosen what you’re wearing. Bianco Latte fits naturally into that picture.

It works just as well for something quieter: a movie night with friends or someone you love, where its warm sweetness becomes part of the comfort of the evening.

We wouldn’t particularly reach for it first thing in the morning or before heading to work. And in genuinely warm weather, its combination of sweetness, creaminess and projection could easily become too much.

Bianco Latte is for someone who wants to stand out that night — the outfit is ready, the evening is planned, and the fragrance is the finishing touch.

Is Bianco Latte Unisex?

Bianco Latte is presented as a unisex fragrance, although to our nose it leans distinctly feminine.

The creamy, lactonic sweetness feels particularly natural on a woman, especially with the fragrance’s polished and attention-grabbing character.

That doesn’t mean a man can’t wear it. We can absolutely imagine Bianco Latte working on a man who enjoys sweeter fragrances, particularly for a date or cosy evening. We simply wouldn’t consider it the most obvious everyday masculine gourmand.

As always, gender labels in fragrance are only a guide. If you enjoy how Bianco Latte smells on your skin, that’s ultimately far more important than the category written on the bottle.

For us: feminine-leaning, but completely wearable by anyone who genuinely enjoys this style of gourmand.

Where Bianco Latte Falls Short

Bianco Latte’s biggest limitation is also part of its personality: it isn’t particularly versatile.

We wouldn’t choose it as an everyday work fragrance, and it doesn’t feel naturally suited to mornings. Its richness makes far more sense when the day is winding down and you actually want your fragrance to be noticed.

Weather matters too. In autumn and winter, that creamy sweetness feels warm, comforting and luxurious. In hot weather, the same combination could easily become overwhelming.

There is also no shortage of cheaper gourmands exploring similar territory. But for us, many budget alternatives achieve their impact through a noticeably more synthetic or pungent sweetness. Bianco Latte feels smoother, cleaner and considerably more refined.

That’s why we think it earns its price. You’re not simply paying for a sweet fragrance — you’re paying for how beautifully that sweetness is presented.

Its weakness is versatility. Its strength is that, on the right evening, you probably won’t care.

The Amber & Olive Verdict

Bianco Latte is a reminder that a gourmand doesn’t need to be complicated to feel luxurious.

It takes a familiar idea — creamy sweetness, caramel, honey and vanilla — and executes it with enough polish that the result feels considerably more special than the description might suggest.

What impressed us most is the balance. It is sweet without becoming sugary, powerful without smelling cheap, and attention-grabbing without relying on a harsh synthetic edge.

It also performs exceptionally well. Ten-plus hours on skin, even longer on clothing and several hours of strong projection make this a fragrance that genuinely earns its place in an evening rather than disappearing halfway through it.

But we wouldn’t call it perfect. Bianco Latte isn’t particularly versatile. We don’t want it for work, hot weather or an ordinary morning. We want it when the outfit is ready, the evening matters and smelling noticeably good is part of the plan.

For someone completely new to gourmand fragrances, this is also one of the first we’d suggest sampling. It gives you an excellent reference point for what a high-quality gourmand can smell like.

Our verdict: 9/10 — a masterclass in gourmand fragrance, provided you wear it when the occasion suits it.
